CES can offer fully refurbished and upgraded Centrifuges in any size, material, and manufacture.

The Centrifuge will come with a warranty, and would have been fully tested and witnessed in our factory. (Centrifuges for sale)

A typical refurbishment would consist of a donor machine being located and transported to our factory where it would be fully stripped down and inspected. All bearing and seals would be replaced, all valves would be replaced, all shafts and spindles would be inspected and appropriate action taken if necessary. All fasteners and PTFE seals would be replaced. All Stainless steel components would be pickle and passivated, all Cast iron parts would be blasted and 2 pack epoxy painted to your colour spec, or standard CES Blue.
The Centrifuge would be rebuilt and fully tested with all associated equipment connected to the machines. This would normally be witnessed by the customer who will then sign it off ready for delivery.

Various Types of Centrifuge.

These are Broadbent Centrifuges that were part of a Project that included 2 off 48 x 16 T46AE & also 1 off 48 x 24 T46AE, fully Halar Coated, refurbished, Zone 2 Controls, and also sealing product drums and Oxygen Analysing. These were bound for Scotland and were delivered on time and on budget.
These are Alfa Laval 3 stage Pusher Centrifuges that were part of a Project that included 2 off bound for Syria, fully refurbished and witness tested in the factory. These particular machines were going to a Vetinary Pharmaceutical Plant.
We can carry out repairs and refurbishments to many types of Centrifuges, as you will see from this Sharples decanter. These decanters are used on many various applications and all differ internally to their own application and Industry.
We are not restricted to Centrifuge refurbishments, we also carry out work on various Pressure filter, this will range from fault finding on the Hydraulic system to installation of Control system and full upgrade of the pneumatic controls circuitry. Also the Radicon Gearbox required a refurbishment due to the age of the machine and condition of the lubrication oil.
We can also supply, service, and repair Disc Stack centrifuges. These are high speed Separators and Clarifiers for separating 2 different densities of liquids that contain a small amount of solids, or the clarifiers will clean up a liquid for example, clarifying the fines out of beer.
Another type of Basket Centrifuge is the Peeler Type machine, the one in the picture is ready for a full refurbishment and would take around 6 weeks to complete. There are different models of Peeler Centrifuge like the Siphon type, Pharma type, and like this one the perforated basket type of Peeler centrifuge.
