Centrifuge Coatings

Halar Coating.

We can offer Standard Halar Coating, and also ‘Static Dissipative’ Halar Coating.
At CES we can carry out the stripping of the Centrifuge either on site, or the machine can be removed and delivered to our factory where it would be stripped and the ‘Wetted’ parts can be Halar Coated.
We can also supply fully Halar Coated Centrifuges, or indeed any process equipment you may require Coating.

Rubber Lining

CES can also offer as an alternative Rubber Linings, mainly for Acidic Applications.
Again, we can carry out the stripping of the Centrifuge either on site, or the machine can be removed and delivered tour factory where it would be stripped and the ‘Wetted’ parts can be Rubber lined.
We can also supply fully Rubber Lined Centrifuges, or indeed any process equipment you may require Coating.

Exotic Materials Lining.

CES can also offer a liner on the Centrifuge, this could be in hastalloy, incalloy, stainless steel duplex, or any exotic material.
The Centrifuge would be removed and delivered to our factory where it would be stripped and the ‘Wetted’ parts can lined or manufactured in the required material.
We can this service on most plant and equipment  you may require Coating.

Having over 45 years overall experience on repairing Centrifuges, and 60 years on maintaining these and other equipment, we feel confident that the service we offer you will be very pleased with.

We work on machines no matter what condition they happen to be in, as you can see from the Centrifuges installed in a Chemical Dye works.

CES can offer a bespoke service for ‘Hydraulic & Pneumatic Services’ from hose supply and repair, fault finding, to full design and installation of systems.
